What is SKINVIVE

SKINVIVE is the first intradermal microdroplet injection available in the US, designed to enhance cheek skin smoothness. It is a hyaluronic acid gel, delivered by microdroplet injection to help the skin retain its natural moisture leading to an improvement in the skin smoothness and hydration. The results last up to six months when administered optimally, targeting facial skin smoothness in adults aged 21 and above.

How does SKINVIVE work?

SKINVIVE boosts the internal hydration level of your skin by supplementing hyaluronic acid microdroplets across the cheek area. The hyaluronic acid in our skin naturally decreases with age and sun exposure, thus resulting in fine lines/wrinkles.

How is SKINVIVE differ from traditional dermal fillers?

Unlike conventional fillers, which typically contour and enhance specific areas, SKINVIVE is absolutely unique and creates an entirely new “skin booster” category that focuses on improving appearance and texture of the skin. This innovative treatment minimizes downtime while providing results that last for six months, without the need for recurring treatments.

How long does the SKINVIVE treatment take?

The appointment will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. SKINVIVE treatments can be added to your Botox treatment on the same visit.

What are some of the side effects of SKINVIVE?

In the clinical study, the majority of participants reported side effects such as redness, lumps/bumps, swelling, bruising, tenderness, pain, firmness, discoloration, and itching at the injection sites, as documented in their 30-day daily diaries. These side effects were generally mild or moderate in severity, with a few experiencing severe effects. Investigators also noted needle abrasion and papules at the injection site. While rare, some participants experienced side effects lasting beyond 30 days, although most resolved within this timeframe.
